Pleurothallis caudatisepala C. Schweinf., Bot. Mus. Leafl. 4(7): 113. 1937.

TYPE: Costa Rica. [Alajuela: San Ramón]. Haies. Entre La Balsa et Cataratas de San Ramón, alt. 800 m, 12 Oct 1925. Fleurs jaunes-pâles brunâtre orangés, brunâtres en vieillissant, labelle pourpre, A.M. Brenes (259) 1445 (holotype, AMES, isotype, CR).
